Hans Sievers, aged 84, died at his home, 610 East King street, Saturday evening after a short illness. Surviving are Mrs. Thorn of Lake City, Mrs F. Dean of Winona, Mrs J. Tuschoff of Minneapolis, Mrs. Max Johnson of Chippewa Falls, Hans Sievers of Mankato, and George Sievers and Henry Sievers of Winona. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2;30 p. m. at the residence. Rev. G. E. Reibert, pastor of the German Presbyterian church, will officiate, and burial will be made in Woodlawn cemetary.

Death of H. J. Sievers
H.J. Sievers, 75, St. Paul, former Winona resident, died at 8;15 p. m. Thursday at Ancker hospital, St. Paul. He had suffered a stroke two weeks ago. Mr. Sievers was born in Hanover, Germany, May 7, 1872 and came tot his country when a child. He lived here until 25 years ago. Mr. Sievers, a tailor, was retired from active business. Survivors are his wife: one son, Arthur, Winona: two daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Amelia) Tribell and Mrs. J.O. (Ida) Reinhard, Winona; two sisters, Mrs. Meta Tuschoff, Minneapolis, and Mrs. Kate Johnson, Eau Claire; two brothers, George, Sioux City, iowa, and Henry, Winona; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
